Burglary protection services- Your business will be protected from intruders while you are away. If someone were to break into your business while your alarm is activated, a signal would then be sent to our central station notifying us of the situation. We will then assess the situation and notify the police if necessary. In the case that an intruder sets off the alarm and you have our *2-way voice monitoring service, a trained operator will speak through the speaker of the Honeywell panel asking for a password in order to turn the siren off. At this point, the intruder will most likely leave. Through the 2- Way speaker, our monitoring company can listen in and hear what is taking place. If we can confirm suspicious activity, we will then notify the proper authorities with a confirmed alert. In the event that an alarm is accidentally set off, the password can easily be verified over the 2- Way voice speaker with our security representative.
Second: Medical
Medical Response- Your co-workers will enjoy peace of mind knowing that your security monitoring company also provides medical monitoring services. This channel allows you to summon emergency medical response without possible 911 delays.
Fire:
Fire Protection- In the event of a fire, this channel enables you to summon immediate fire response through your security system. Monitored Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are also available at an additional cost for the detectors. (typically $70 for each detector: there is no extra monthly fee to monitor these detectors) If a monitored fire detector is set off, a signal will then be sent to our central station: we will then notify the fire department
