Q: What if the power to my home has been turned off, will my alarm still work? A: Your security touch pad has a backup battery that will allow the system to continue working. Once your power is restored, your system will then recharge the battery.
Q: What if I have pets? Will they interfere with the system and cause false alarms? A: Be sure and tell one of our sales associates that you have pets. We have many options available including pet safe motion detectors of up to 80lbs.
Q: How much do monitoring services cost? A: It depends. We have many services available ranging from basic, 2-Way Audio Verification to Cellular services. You should expect to pay a little over one dollar per day.
Q: Do I need to have a land line phone connection. A: No, but there is an extra charge for the equipment needed to provide the cellular service and an additional monthly fee for the cellular service. Usually, the basic system will be free and then we will only charge for the actual cost of the cellular equipment.
